That's right! After so long and so much time has been spent, the team has finally hit the jackpot with a full plug-n-play AEM EMS, which still allows for all power windows, power locks, moon roof and several other luxuries as well.
Traction Control on the E-shift models is disabled unfortunatley. However, with the functionality of the AEM, the traction control settings on it can be set to aid instead, which will pay much more dividends.
On 5 speed models, this system can eliminate the MAF sensor, however on the E-shift models, the MAF must be retained for the stock ECU to control the shift points of the transmission. You can avoid this by having a standalone transmission controller, which is available in Plug-N-Play format for the IS300, through Dezod Motorsports.
